American surgeons refused to perform the operation, so she went to Brazil, where they did agree to give her the upgrade. Reports say that over a gallon of silicone was used for the implants. Also, the woman’s boyfriend who paid for the initial surgery was reportedly dumped when he warned her against having the surgery.
